What are the opening hours?
Our friendly staff will be at the members' desk 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes, we have disabled access to the offices, meeting rooms and social hub.
Is there parking?
Not on site but we do have discounted secure parking off site.
Do I have to arrange a viewing?
Not necessary, you can pop in and if a member of staff is available they can show you around and tell you what we have to offer. If you want us to secure a time in the calendar for you, please book a tour online.
Can we book meeting rooms if we're not members?
Yes, our boardroom and meeting rooms are available for bookings.
Can you offer catering for meetings and events?
Yes, we can offer a range of different food items whether it would be meals or nibbles.
Can you offer drinks for meetings?
Yes, we offer different drink packages. From serving just tea and coffee at your meeting to special drinks packages for your evening event. Just contact our events team at events@fostermarlonworks.com and we can help!
What facilities do the meeting rooms provide?
Projectors, speakers and screens.
How do I book a meeting room?
Meeting rooms are booked with credits, 1 credit= 1 Hour. As a serviced office member, you will receive 3 credits per month per member of staff to book a meeting room and 1 credit per member per staff member to book into the boardroom. For example- if you have 4 members of staff that will entitle you to 4 hours in the boardroom. This will be bookable in the members online portal.
Is there a minimum contract length?
The minimum contract length for serviced office members is 6 months.
Can I upgrade my contract at any point?
Yes, at any point you can upgrade. We would love to see your business grow here at FM Works!
What is the online member portal?
This is a member ́s only area of our website where you will be able to book in our boardroom, meeting rooms, access discounts and partnerships that we have to offer, see which other business' we have located here at FM Works, see all the invoices and also contact other members.
